Facilities
Our climate-controlled facilities support a wide range of technologies, including injection molding, thin gauge thermoforming, RF heat sealing, and sonic welding. As Fey has grown, we have expanded our product lines and completed strategic acquisitions to stabilize and level operations, minimizing seasonality. We’ve received recognition as an industry leader in safety, protecting both our customers and team members.

Brightening Our Community Events:
Team members have the opportunity to participate in company-led volunteer events throughout the year. It’s a time where team members can volunteer during their regular workday, while still being paid, to support local organizations such as The Banquet, SOS Backpacks, Rock Ranch, Habitat for Humanity, Hope Haven, Lunch is Served, and more. It’s a win-win: our community benefits, and our team members find fulfillment through meaningful service.
Christmas Blessings Program
Each holiday season, our team comes together to make Christmas brighter for several local families in need. Through the Christmas Blessings Program, team members donate gifts or funds to help children in our community experience the joy of the season.
Playbook Legends Recognition
Our Playbook Legends Program celebrates team members who consistently go above and beyond living out our values and leading by example. Legends are peer-nominated and voted on each quarter, making this honor a true reflection of team appreciation and recognition.
Veteran Recognition
We proudly honor the veterans within our team and are deeply grateful for their service, dedication, and commitment to our country.
Club Twenty-Feyve
Our annual recognition to our team members with 25 or more years of service. Each year is a different theme, team members take the afternoon to enjoy a meal, games and social time. Many laughs are had and memories made by all.
Team Member Appreciation
We value and appreciate the hard work our team members do every day. Throughout the year, we celebrate with a variety of fun events that bring our team together. Summer activities may include picnics, ice cream socials, a carnival, or even attending a Sioux Falls Canaries baseball game, while fall and winter feature seasonal festivals and special treats. Our annual holiday dinner is a team favorite, complete with turkey and all the fixings. A great opportunity to enjoy good food and fun with our teammates.
